software for tradespeople
Software for tradespeople
Big trade software does everything and costs accordingly. Most of the time you need four things: quote, job, hours, invoice. That's exactly what I build — around your workflow.
Why standard software often fails
- Too many fields nobody fills in.
- Per-seat licence costs, even for temporary staff.
- Barely usable on mobile — useless on site.
- Your workflow has to adapt to the software instead of the other way round.
Modules that pay off
We start with one module and expand once it proves itself.
Quotes in minutes
Store text blocks and price lists, click a quote together, send it as a PDF.
Automatic follow-up
After five days without a reply, a friendly reminder goes out automatically.
Time tracking per job
Staff clock in on the job from their phone. You see what a project really costs.
Invoice in one click
Quote plus tracked hours become the invoice — including numbering and accountant export.

Frequently asked questions
- Can my staff actually use it?
- That's the main criterion while building: few large buttons, wording from your everyday work, no manuals.
- What if my workflow changes?
- Then we change the software. Adjustments are part of the monthly support.
- Does it work without internet on site?
- Core functions can be built for offline use; as soon as there's signal again, everything syncs.
- How can a tradesperson create quotes faster?
- With text blocks and stored prices: pick the service, enter the quantity, done. Twenty minutes of typing becomes two. The quote goes out as a PDF and the system reminds you to follow up.
- What software does a small trade business need?
- Usually four things: quotes, jobs, time tracking and invoices, plus a clean customer record. Everything else is ballast you pay for. I build those four and only extend when daily use calls for it.
